Parking

We provide you with one complimentary, on-site parking space per accommodation with the exception of Magnolia House, which has 2 parking spaces. Additional vehicles, large trucks, and oversized vehicles may find street-side parking.

Payment Policies

The payment for your reservation will be processed when your cancellation period ends`7 days prior to your check-in, although for Magnolia House, payment for your reservation will be charged 14 days prior to your arrival. For a multiple accommodation booking of three or more units, 50% is due at the time of booking and is refundable until the balance is due 60 days prior to your reservation date.

A valid bank-issued credit card is required to secure your reservation. E-transfers are also accepted and due as per the payment policy above. A pre-authorization on a credit card will be required.

As the registered guest, you are responsible for informing your guests of all the pertinent House Rules. If there are any damages to the suite and/or any public area of the property caused by you or your guests, as the registered guest, you will be responsible for any damages. The fees associated with any damages including, but are not limited to, the replacement costs for damaged items, linens, towels, breakage of private property, and/or additional cleaning costs required.

Cancellation Policy

Guaranteed reservations at Bramblebank Cottages must be canceled by 11:00 am, 7 days prior to your arrival date to avoid cancellation penalties, with the exception of the Magnolia House which has a 14 days cancellation period and 60 days for multiple accommodation bookings of three or more units.

Payments made after the cancellation period are non-refundable.

As a small, family-run business, our cancellation policy needs to be more restrictive than a hotel. We recommend you consider travel insurance.

Pets

We only accept dogs is some accommodations, with restrictions. No other pets are permitted.

Approval: Advance approval is required before your arrival.

Size Limit: Dogs must be 40 lbs or less 

Occupancy: One dog per cottage is allowed.

Behavior & Responsibility: Owners are fully responsible for their pet’s behavior and any damages. Dogs must be house-trained and flea-free. Guests will be charged for any cleaning or repair costs due to pet-related damage.

Potty: Dogs are not permitted in common areas. Dogs must be walked off the property. Waste bins are available along Lillooet sidewalk—please clean up after your dog.

Leashing: Dogs must be leashed or in a carrier when outside the cottage.

Furniture: Dogs are not allowed on beds or furniture.

Pet Fee: $50 per night (plus applicable taxes). Registered service dogs are exempt.

Unexpected Pet Fee: $150 per night (plus applicable taxes) if a pet arrives without prior approval.

Smoking

Cigarette smoking is permitted on your private patio only. Please use the ashtray provided. Cannabis smoking is not permitted on the property and must be done off-site. Smoking is prohibited in all common areas and on the porches of Sequoia Retreat and The Nest, as it can disturb neighboring guests. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a comfortable environment for all guests.

Good Neighbour Policy

Bramblebank Cottages is a boutique inn, committed to ensuring that your experience during your stay is relaxing and enjoyable for all. The safety, security, and overall comfort of our guests are paramount. We want you to enjoy yourselves and celebrate while you are here but please be mindful of your neighbouring guests. Loud partying will not be permitted.

• Our quiet time is 10pm-9am. Although, please be considerate of your neighbours at all times with any excessive music, TV volume, loud speaking or any other noise, as we provide a relaxing environment for all to enjoy. If raucous behaviour or excessive noise is reported, a charge of up to $1000 will be assessed to the offending accommodation.

• Unregistered guests are not permitted on the property without prior consent.

• Accommodations have a maximum number of guests as specified for your specific suite or cottage, and as is stated in the details of your booking confirmation.
